Simply scan the QR2id Code and touch the Log Entry button to bring up the form. QR2id remembers any special types of observations applicable to the animal and has them ready for you next time. e.g. Sheds for snakes.
The QR2id Wildlife Care Starter Kit has been designed specifically to make life easier for those caring for wildlife. The starter kit includes two full years subscription to the QR2id Service, as well as a card of three (3) plastic QR2id Tags and a sheet of ten (10) polymer stickers (35mm x 40mm).

One card of three, break-apart, dye-sublimation printed QR2id Tags (28mm x 54mm). QR2id Code and Serial Number printed on one side, and detailed instructions on the reverse.

One sheet of 10 polymer stickers (35mm x 40mm) suitable for occasional exposure to the elements and wipe down with damp cloth.
Each QR2id Code on your sticker sheet works immediately in Wildlife Care logging mode; you can attach them and start logging straight away, but for best data collection it is better to configure the animal's details through your QR2id Account first.
There is no limit to the number of QR2id Codes you can have under the one account. Add more QR2id Tags, Discs, Labels, Stickers, Key Rings, or any QR2id products you wish, at any time. Use the one account for wildlife care logging and loss prevention.
QR2id allows you to make certain information available to only authorised emergency services personnel - referred to as *ICE* (*In-Case-of-Emergency*) information. You are in full control over what information, if any, you want to be available in such circumstances where it may assist emergency services.
